This week there were 9 RTW Runners at our session for the second week in succession and Joe split the group into 3 teams of 3. Joe had the first member of each team run across the field, with marker in hand, for 30 seconds and once he blew the whistle they were to drop the marker and run back. The marker then acted as a point for each team member to run out to & back then handing over to the next runner. Recovery was around 2 minutes and each runner managed to complete about 8 reps. Before the main session the group completed a 10 minute warm-up on the fields followed by some dynamic stretching drills. After the session was complete the group completed a cool down followed by some static stretching.
